D&D Stained Glass Artisans does not collect, maintain or have access to any credit card information provided by our customers online. All credit card information is collected by our shopping cart vendor Coolcart and our credit card processing vendor Authorize.Net. The following are the privacy statements from our vendors Coolcart CoolCart takes the utmost care in protecting the privacy of merchant clients and online shoppers. We do not sell or rent any personal information. Shopper data is given only to the parties involved in processing the order, such as: the merchant, payment processor, delivery or order processing agent. We maintain this strict privacy policy except when your express permission is given, or when, we, in good faith, believe it appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations of our Terms of Use. CoolCart prohibits merchant clients from using our service to engage in bulk emailings, unsolicited emailings, or any type of spamming. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
